This is from the end of one of the water barriers Copenhagen has as a military defense structure. It is a remnant of when this city was a military base.
During the winter, people will go out to skate on the ice. In the summer, it is a popular route to run along and is often used as a park.
This is what a regional commuter train looks like in Denmark, This is an IC3 and the seats are comfortable. You can take this train from one end of Denmark to the other.

From where I used to first live on the Faroe Islands, there is this little feature I noticed close to a gymnasium.
Can any of my local readers tell me what this is?
Some places in the historic district can get tight.
But it is a photo op no one can resist.
But imagine living here with a handicap.
Or without drapes for the windows.
